No matter who you invest with or what you invest in, we believe in the importance of educating yourself and understanding your personal investment philosophy, or individual investment needs. The investment should align with your individual investment needs and be a methodical part of your investment plan.

The typical minimum investment amount is $50,000, though each syndication is unique. Typical minimum investment amounts range from $25,000 - $100,000. Investors may invest as an individual with a checking or savings account, or with an entity such as a LLC, trust, or Self-directed IRA account.
A syndication is simply a way for people to pool their resources together. A real estate syndication allows for individuals or groups to pool their financial and intellectual resources together to purchase properties much bigger than they could afford or manage on their own.
