As one of our most unique offerings, the Cockerell Medical Office in Dallas, TX, was founded in 1972 by Cockerell Dermathopathyology (CDP). We acquired this holding from Dr. Clay J. Cockerell, the former president of the American Academy of Dermatology and an internationally recognized dermatologist and dermapathologist, who owned and operated the facility. Aside from its distinct foundation, this opportunity was presented as a stable, long-term leased medical office building in the Dallas Medical District.
