How did you hear about The Real Estate Physician?

I heard about The Real Estate Physician through a Physician FB group.

What made you want to diversify your real estate portfolio with commercial real estate?

As a physician in mid-career, I was looking for ways to accelerate my savings and make my money work harder for me, especially as we seem to have a lot more obstacles in the current physician practice climate.

Have you had prior experience investing in commercial real estate syndications before signing up with The Real Estate Physician?

No. The barrier was simply lack of knowledge and lack of engagement. The Real Estate Physician has been a great resource in getting my foot in the door.

What suggestions do you have for physicians who are interested in getting started in commercial real estate syndications?

You need to be willing to engage, apply yourself earnestly, and to take it as seriously as you do your scientific career. Do not be afraid to ask questions. We have all the tools we need to be successful in this endeavor; it is a matter of applying ourselves with a positive and growth mindset.

What does financial independence look like to you?

To simply have the choice, and to be able to buy our time back.
